A lightweight double jump ability and enchantment for Minecraft boots, compatible with Spigot/Paper 1.19–1.21+.

Features
- DoubleJump ability (does not need enchantment)
- Double Jump I–III enchantment stored via Persistent Data Containers (version-safe).
- Obtainable through enchanting tables with configurable chances.
- Optional Shift Boost system for stronger jumps.

- Configurable cooldown, hunger cost, particles, and sounds.

Configuration
Key options include:
- Global enable/disable

The plugin automatically generates a config.yml on first startup.
How It Works
Players wearing Double Jump boots (or with doublejump.use) can jump again while airborne to launch themselves forward. Jump strength, cooldowns, effects, and boost mechanics are fully configurable.
The enchantment is stored using Persistent Data Containers, ensuring compatibility across Minecraft versions without relying on the vanilla enchantment registry.
