Welcome to your new journey!

Step into an Overworld populated with five new custom biomes and discover ruined portals leading to the Forgotten Dimension and to a new ore and tool/weapon tier, Platinum. Find two new ores in the Overworld—Calescent and Frigid ores—which allow you to create special gems with many different utilities, including boosts to the mod’s new weapon class, the Claymore!

But wait, there’s more!

With the Tellurian Expansion, there have been additions, even for older stuff. Find a new biome in the Forgotten Dimension, some new blocks and minor tweaks to older biomes, as well as a whole new dimension, new ores and a new weapon class!

QoL Changes:

New armor types:

  • Insulated: An upgrade to Platinum gear, extinguishes players on fire and doesn’t let players freeze if encased in powdered snow
  • (NEW) Titanite: An upgrade to Platinum gear, heavily increases both toughness and durability
  • (NEW) Jade: Intended as a utility tier, it grants many beneficial effects to players who want to explore or build and afford to be a bit reckless
  • Invisible armors: Netherite, Insulated and (NEW) Jade armors can be made invisible with the help of an Invisible Gem. Armor trims will be visible on the armors, so they’ll appear to be on top of the player skin instead

With the help of an Arcanist Table, you’ll be able to craft five different masks, each granting the wearer different effects while worn:

Claymores:

All claymores give Resistance to the wielder while on the main hand. Except for Golden Claymores, all have a reduced attack speed in favor of increased damage. Moreover, all of them can be upgraded into a fiery or icy variant with Fiery or Glacial gems on a Smithing Table, alongside Calescent or Frigid material. Moreover, Platinum variants can be upgraded with a Nether Star into Glacial or Scalding Blades:

Forgotten Dimension:

Inside this dimension, players can find abandoned huts, outposts, various ruins and two special dungeons:

  • The Crypt, which can be found with Eyes of Ender, much like a Stronghold, and holds various rooms filled with treasure before reaching the Hall where the Forlorn Knight keeps watch. Defeat the Knight to get the Forlorn Blade, a treasure claymore.
  • (NEW) The Mausoleum, which can be found in the same way and consists of a central circle surrounded by towers or gardens. Defeat its guardian, the Bonecaller Priestess, to get her treasure mace, the Revenant Bone Mace. The Crypt and the Mausoleum are the only places where you can find the Time Forwarder, the Time Stopper and the Weather Fluctuator, special treasures with limited uses.

The Dimension is divided into five biomes:

  • Forgotten Caves: The main biome of the dimension, which comprises of burnt and willow trees. Most miner huts can be found here
  • Scorched Caves: A desert of dried mud and bone. You can find towers, ruins and ziggurats here
  • Enderfested Caves: A corrupted version of the Forgotten Caves. End structures have somehow appeared here, including End cities
  • Forgotten Seas: The stony shores give way to blue foggy seas. Phantoms can spawn alongside the castaway ships
  • (NEW) Forgotten Bog: A dense and humid woodland, a safe haven from most types of danger and home to unexpected allies. Allays can spawn throughout the biome!

You can find all Overworld ores here, plus Platinum and Quartz ores. Ender Flowers spawn in this dimension and in the End, allowing the player to farm Ender Pearls in crop form!

(NEW) Tellurian Dimension:

Inside this dimension, players can find an alternate version of the Overworld, seemingly devoid of danger. Most ores spawn in this dimension, apart from Frigid, Calescent and some other ores, yet you may choose to live in this peaceful land. Even if it’s peaceful, it’s a land full of its own treasures.

The Dimension is divided into eight biomes:

  • Tellurian Plains: A verdant lowland, streaked by dried mud and coarse dirt, populated by many cows.
  • Tellurian Barrens: A dry deserted land that shows signs of not being too different from the Plains at some point in the past.
  • Tellurian Wetlands: A lush and humid woodland, its air saturated with spores.
  • Enchanted Forest: A mystical woodland where amethyst buds burst from the ground and strange flowers bloom under the huge trees’ shade.
  • Tellurian Seas: Colorful coral and tidal pools, shielded by coastal trees and bursting with sea life.
  • Quartz Desert: A barren land fully covered in thin, sand-like pink quartz and strange calcite pools.
  • Tellurian Highlands: Snowy mountains towering over the land, populated only by goats, bunnies and foxes.
  • Crimson Field: A strange land devoid of life, secluded in the sea as if to protect the secrets it holds.

There are also two new music discs with custom music made by me—Imperfect Melody, the music playing in the Forgotten Dimension, and Keeper of the Crypt.

Roadmap:

  • For the time being, I will focus on bug fixing as I’m currently quite strapped for time. I hope you all enjoy the update!
  • As to why there are no signs or boats, I'm working with an older version of MCreator. Once I'm sure there are no bugs, I will be upgrading and adding them.
