🐾 AnimalSMP
AnimalSMP introduces 17 craftable animal powers to your Minecraft server! Players can craft and equip unique animal items to unlock permanent passive potion effects and activate high-impact abilities.

- 🐺 17 Unique Animal Powers: Craft items representing different animals, each granting distinct passive buffs and active abilities.
- ⚡ Seamless Item Swapping: Equipping a new animal automatically returns your previously equipped animal power back to your inventory.
- 🌕 Blood Moon Event: Every ~83 minutes, a 10-minute Blood Moon event triggers server-wide—halving all ability cooldowns (from 60s down to 30s) and boosting passive power levels!
- 📖 In-Game GUI & Crafting: Use
/animalsto open an interactive GUI showcasing all animal recipes and passive/active details. - 💼 Power Withdrawal: Use
/animalwithdrawto safely remove your active effect and turn it back into an inventory item. - 🛡️ Safe Max HP Management: Powers that modify health (like Bear's extra hearts) safely reset back to 20 HP (10 hearts) when withdrawn or swapped.

🌕 The Blood Moon Event
The Blood Moon is an automated global event programmed directly into the plugin:
- Trigger Schedule: Occurs every 100,000 ticks (~83 minutes) and lasts for 12,000 ticks (10 minutes).
- Cooldown Halving: Active ability cooldowns drop from 60 seconds to 30 seconds.
- Enhanced Passives: Select passive effects gain extra potency (e.g., Lion gives Strength II, Cheetah gives Speed IV).
- Server Alerts: Includes custom chat broadcasts and ambient sound effects for all online players.

Player Commands
/animals— Opens the main GUI to view recipes and animal info. (Permission:animalsmp.user)/ability— Activates your currently equipped animal ability. (Permission:animalsmp.user)/animalwithdraw— Withdraws your active animal power back into an item. (Permission:animalsmp.user)
Admin Commands
/bloodmoon [start|stop]— Manually triggers or stops the Blood Moon event. (Permission:animalsmp.admin)/animal give <player> <animal>— Gives a specific animal item to a player. (Permission:animalsmp.admin)/animal set <player> <animal>— Directly applies an animal power to a player. (Permission:animalsmp.admin)/animalcooldown <player>— Resets active ability cooldown for a player. (Permission:animalsmp.admin)
⚙️ Installation
- Download the latest
AnimalSMP.jar. - Place the jar file into your server's
plugins/directory. - Restart your server (Paper / Purpur 1.20+ recommended).
