Auto Torch V1.0
A client-side quality-of-life mod that automatically places torches when you step into dark areas — no more fumbling in the dark while mining or exploring.
Features
- Auto Placement: Torches are automatically placed when light level drops below your configured threshold
- Smart Search: Scans hotbar, main inventory, and offhand for torches
- Adjacent Placement: Places torches at your feet or on adjacent blocks (N/E/S/W)
- Configurable: Press G to open config screen with light threshold slider (0-15, default 7)
- Toggle: Press F to enable/disable auto-placement
- Lightweight: 4-tick cooldown, key conflict detection, zero-config-start
How to Use
- Have torches in your inventory
- Press F to enable auto-placement
- Walk into a dark area — torches will be placed automatically
- Press G to adjust the light threshold
