BetterGeyserSkins is a lightweight plugin for GeyserMC that improves how Bedrock Edition player skins appear to Java Edition players.

Minecraft Bedrock Edition supports custom 3D skin geometry that Java Edition cannot display natively. When Bedrock players join a Java server through GeyserMC, these skins may not appear as intended.

BetterGeyserSkins addresses this limitation with two features:

• Improved skin conversion: Flattens Bedrock Edition's custom 3D skin models into standard Java-compatible skins, preserving their appearance as closely as possible.
• Customizable Player Models support: Allows Java Edition players using Customizable Player Models (CPM) to see the original Bedrock 3D skin models instead of their flattened versions.
