BlissDragonEgg is an add-on for BlissGems that turns the one-of-a-kind Dragon Egg into a real power item. Whoever is carrying it becomes a target. Do you keep it, or hand it off?

✨ Features

❤️ 20 Hearts

Carrying the Dragon Egg raises your max health from 10 to 20 hearts (40 HP).

• Applied as soon as you pick up the egg and removed as soon as it leaves your inventory.
• Works in any slot: hotbar, main inventory, offhand, or held on your cursor.
• Stacks cleanly with BlissGems heart effects and other max-health bonuses.

⏱️ Half Ability Cooldowns

Every BlissGems ability you use while carrying the egg gets 50% of its normal cooldown. This works for every gem and every ability (Astra, Fire, Flux, Life, Puff, Speed, Strength, Wealth and Gold).

• The BlissGems cooldown display shows the shortened times.
• Only cooldowns started while you hold the egg are shortened. Picking up the egg doesn't reset cooldowns already running.

# Extra max health while carrying the dragon egg (2.0 = 1 heart).
# 20.0 on top of the normal 10 hearts = 20 hearts total.

# Multiplier for BlissGems ability cooldowns started while carrying the egg.
# 0.5 = half cooldown.

# How often (in ticks) to re-check everyone as a safety net.

📦 Requirements

🔧 Installation

1. Install BlissGems if it isn't on your server yet.
2. Drop BlissDragonEgg.jar into your plugins/ folder.
3. Restart the server.
4. (Optional) Edit plugins/BlissDragonEgg/config.yml and restart.

No commands or permissions are needed. It works as soon as it's installed.

❓ FAQ

Does it work with other heart plugins (lifesteal, etc.)? Yes. The bonus is a separate max-health modifier, so it adds on top of other plugins instead of overwriting them.

What happens if I remove the plugin? Players' hearts go back to normal, and BlissGems cooldowns keep working as usual.

Will it break when BlissGems updates? BlissGems doesn't have a public cooldown API, so the cooldown feature depends on how BlissGems works internally. If a future BlissGems update is incompatible, the console will show a clear warning. The heart bonus will keep working.
