This is a plugin.
what it can do. If you shift+off-hand you can shot blood named blood ray and it has particles too. When you off-hand it pulls players near you in a 20 blook range and dose damge called Sanguine Tether .When you kill a player it steals a heart (max is 25 hearts.)
keybinds: shift+off-hand click, off-hand.
commands: /bloodsiphon give user
(note: i did use ai with errors,things i dont know,and the idea of this plugin.)
