simple mod that adds a death counter at bottom left corner of the screen, that reducts itself every 20 minutes
the death counter does its job, goes up as normal bla bla bla...
when it not zero the following stuff will happen-
-you wont be able to travel to nether -you wont be able to travel to end -you wont be able to teleport (including command teleportation, and also disable teleportation from some waypoint mod) you wont be able to sleep . . . .

-made the timer 15 minutes instead of 20
-fixed gui and counter not syncing
-made so on every failed teleport, dimention travel, bed click it say how much debt actually left to be fulfilled before them can be done
-made so every time the debt goes down it sends a message to the player informing them
this is a safeguard that if in future some bug similar to this happens, players will still have the option to understand how much debt is left~~~~
