[Lilac] Gravel Stonecutting

Part of The Lilac Experience, a mod series designed to make the game more accessible to casual players without straying too far from what the game was meant to be.

I wanted to make gravel accessible without forcing people to build gold/barter farms, so I chose to let you cut cobblestone into gravel in order to make it practically infinite in a simple fashion. Hope you enjoy!
