  • Row 1: 2× Planks
  • Row 2: 2× Slabs
  • Row 3: 2× Planks

Want vanilla recipes back?
Simply delete the minecraft folder inside shelfblock/data/ within the datapack zip/folder to restore the default recipes alongside the custom ones.
