About

Corner Entity introduces an unpredictable, sinister presence that stalks the player throughout survival gameplay.

Unlike conventional hostile mobs, the entity avoids standard head-on combat. It operates through psychological tension: observing quietly from dark corners, freezing under direct observation, vanishing when approached, and triggering unsettling environmental phenomena when least expected.

Versions

  • Version 2.0.0 (Beta): A complete visual and technical overhaul featuring rewritten entity AI, updated high-resolution textures, dynamic jumpscare events, custom audio, and a full in-game configuration GUI.
  • Legacy Versions (v1.x.x): Original releases featuring classic textures, baseline mechanics, and standard file-based configuration.

Configuration

Starting with version 2.0.0, configuration can be accessed directly in-game using the following chat commands:

  • /devcorner — Opens the interactive settings GUI.
  • /cornerentity — Alternative command to open the settings GUI.
  • /corner reload — Reloads the configuration file from disk.

Settings are saved to config/devcounterentity.json.
