Adds some basic additions to the Create Mod.
Like why aren't they here already?

Have not tested on Quilt or other loaders, though they might work.
Basic Gearshifts:
Flips the rotation without redstone!
Gearshifts:
Different casings for the Gearshifts!
Gearboxes:
Different casings for the Gearboxes!
Encased Shafts:
Different casings for the Encased Shafts!
Encased Gears:
Different casings for the Encased (Large) Gears!
