The death roulette sits on the demented halfway point between keep inventory being on and off. When keep inventory is on, if a player dies, there is a (configurable) random chance their inventory will be totally wiped, alerting the entire server of their misfortune. If the dead player is lucky, they will get a fun jingle letting them know they're safe for now.
