Notifier
Makes players read and accept the server rules when they join.
Features:
Notifier shows the server rules to every player when they join. The player must click Agree before they can play. If they click Disagree, they can be kicked from the server. You can choose between two styles: a classic chest menu (Legacy) or the new Minecraft dialog window (Modern, needs Paper 1.21.7 or newer). Players cannot close the window without choosing. Titles, texts, items, slots, sounds, kick message, and all plugin messages can be customized.

Permissions:
notifier.use - Allows using the Notifier commands.
notifier.bypass - Skips the rules window when joining.
Commands:
/notifier reload - Reloads the config and messages.
