Spawn chance is based on difficulty: Peaceful: 0% Easy: 5% Normal: 10% Hard: 20%
He will spawn if these conditions are met:
- there must be a bell
- there must be a bed within 14 blocks of that bell
- there must be a door within 12 blocks of that bell
- that valid bell setup must be found within 24 blocks horizontally and 6 blocks vertically of the player
