EssentialsX
EssentialsX is the essential plugin suite for Spigot and Paper servers, including over 130 commands and countless features for servers of any scale!
EssentialsX is a modern continuation of the original Essentials suite for Bukkit, with support for the latest Minecraft versions.
EssentialsX also includes several performance enhancements and fixes on top of the original Essentials, as well as plenty of new useful features for servers.
You can view major differences and learn how to set EssentialsX up over at the EssentialsX website.
Requirements
- EssentialsX is designed to use modern permissions plugins - we strongly recommend LuckPerms. You also need Vault for prefix/suffix support.
- EssentialsX currently supports CraftBukkit, Spigot and Paper (recommended). Other server implementations may work, but we don’t recommend them as they may cause compatibility issues.
- EssentialsX officially supports Minecraft 1.19.4 and 1.18.2, and also runs on older versions dating back to 1.8.8.

The `/editsign` command lets you edit each line of a sign, including adding RGB colours to your signs. It even lets you tab-complete the existing content for quick editing!
EssentialsX's warp system lets servers create warp points for anyone to teleport to. One of many utility commands, /warpinfo lets you see where warps lead to!
EssentialsX's Discord addon lets you bridge between in-game chat and chat channels on your Discord server!
With EssentialsX Discord, you can also allow your players to send private messages to players from Discord, without needing to log into the server.
EssentialsX Discord even allows admins to run console commands straight from Discord! Not only that, but command responses are wrapped up neatly in a private command response, so you can run server commands without interrupting an ongoing conversation.
