GInfo

A lightweight server information plugin for Paper. One command, zero dependencies, zero configuration.

Commands

/ginfo

Displays a live report of real server metrics:

  • TPS and MSPT (average tick time)
  • RAM usage and allocated maximum, with usage percentage
  • CPU usage of the system
  • Players online / max slots
  • Uptime since server start
  • Worlds, loaded chunks, and total entities
  • Paper version, Minecraft version, Java version, and OS

Followed by a compact per-world summary:

world — 342 chunks — 87 entities
world_nether — 201 chunks — 31 entities

Every value is read live from the running server and JVM. Nothing is hardcoded, cached, or estimated. If a metric cannot be read on your setup, it shows N/A

Works from both in-game chat (colored) and the server console (plain text).

Permissions

Permission Default Description
ginfo.use op Allows /ginfo

Grant ginfo.use through your permissions plugin to give non-ops access.

Compatibility

  • Paper 26.1.2 and all newer versions
  • Requires Java 25 (same as the server)
  • All API calls are defensively guarded: future Paper changes degrade individual metrics to N/A rather than breaking the command

Why GInfo?

  • No PlaceholderAPI, Vault, EssentialsX, or any other plugin required
  • No database, no web dashboard, no external connections of any kind
  • No telemetry or analytics — nothing leaves your server
  • Single tiny jar (~5 KB)
