GuardAttackShop

GuardAttackShop is a configurable GUI-based shop plugin for Paper servers. It provides a traditional Vault-powered economy shop together with a separate custom currency called Guards.

The plugin is designed for SMP and survival servers that want an EconomyShopGUI-style shop while keeping full control over prices, currencies, categories, special rewards, and custom items.

Default Categories

The default configuration contains:

• PVP
• End
• Nether
• Blocks
• Food
• Gear
• Guards Shop

Categories and shop contents can be customized through the configuration.

Two Currency Systems

Money

Normal shop purchases use Vault.

A Vault-compatible economy provider is required. EssentialsX Economy is supported and is the recommended setup.

Guards

Guards are a custom currency included with GuardAttackShop.

Guards can be used for special shop items such as:

• Crate keys
• Spawners
• Special rewards
• Server-exclusive items

Shop entries can use either MONEY or GUARDS.

In-Game Shop Management

Operators can add items directly from their inventory.

Hold an item in your main hand and use:

/shopadmin add <category> <buy-price> <sell-price> <money|guards>

Example:

/shopadmin add pvp 5000 2500 money

The complete item is stored, including enchantments and supported item metadata.

A sell price or buy price of -1 disables that action.

Example:

/shopadmin add guards 500 -1 guards

This creates a Guards shop item that can be purchased for 500 Guards but cannot be sold.

Guards Commands

Administrative Guards commands require the admin permission.

Command Rewards

Shop items can execute console commands instead of directly giving an item.

This makes GuardAttackShop suitable for rewards provided by other plugins, such as crate keys and custom spawners.

Supported command placeholders:

• %player% — Player name
• %amount% — Purchased amount

Example:

crate key give %player% vote %amount%

The exact command depends on the crate or spawner plugin installed on your server.

PlaceholderAPI

PlaceholderAPI is optional.

Available placeholders:

• %guardattackshop_guards%
• %guardattackshop_guards_formatted%
• %guardattackshop_money%

GuardAttackShop does not create its own scoreboard. These placeholders can be used by another scoreboard, tablist, hologram, or chat plugin.

Installation

1. Install Paper 26.1.2 using Java 25 or newer.
2. Install Vault.
3. Install a Vault-compatible economy provider such as EssentialsX.
4. Optionally install PlaceholderAPI.
5. Place GuardAttackShop-1.0.0.jar inside your server's plugins folder.
6. Restart the server.
7. Configure the shop in plugins/GuardAttackShop/config.yml.
8. Use /shop in-game.

Configuration

Buy prices, sell prices, currencies, categories, shop items, command rewards, and additional Sell All prices can be edited through the configuration.

Shop items can also be managed in-game using /shopadmin.

This release targets:

• Paper 26.1.2
• Java 25+

Other server implementations and Minecraft versions have not been tested and are not officially supported by this release.
