HorizontalStab is a paper 1.21.x plugin that simulates a tunnel exploded from a laser cannon/tunneler, except vertically, used it for a server of mine. Example: /stab create look 400 3.5 12 true

look = fires in whatever direction you're facing when you run it 400 = length 3.5 = base radius (real TNT's destruction radius is roughly 3-4 blocks before falloff kills it, so this is close to a real blast width, and the roughness/jitter settings will vary it 30% per step anyway) 12 = power/resistance threshold = breaks stone, dirt, ores, wood, etc. (all ≤6-9 resistance) but obsidian (1200) and bedrock stay standing, matching what real TNT can and can't touch true = instant

There are configs for toughness,etc and im making a version where it removes the wither breaking blocks sound. for realism of course.
