Intoxication!
In this mod you can get drunk and have your screen do all sorts of fun effects! Level 3 is shown below:
Potions are made using poisonous potatoes and awkward potions in a brewing stand. This is literally just for fun. It doesn't break, corrupt or do anything that griefs worlds. It also doesn't provide any cheats or anything like that. I have it on my no cheats hardcore world because it is basically just a potion and an effect. Have fun getting drunk. By the way adding glowstone in a brewing stand makes the potions level go up.
