NotDqshers Item Limiter
Lightweight Paper plugin to restrict the amount of any item or potion that a player may carry, or even to ban certain items altogether. The limitations are easily visualized simply by holding the item, executing the command and placing as many as you want into the GUI window, DONE!

- Picks up on items which are in bundles, shulker boxes and ender chests

- Everything gets blocked right away
- Interval sweep can be set and will not lag even the largest servers
