Item Rush

Turn ordinary survival progression into a fast multiplayer race.

A player opens a request, friends join, and Item Rush creates an isolated world with a random seed. Everyone starts together, sees the same target and live stopwatch, and races to be the first person to obtain the item.

Features

  • Four configurable difficulties: Easy, Medium, Hard, and Extreme
  • Optional difficulty selection with /itemrush request [difficulty]
  • 169 curated default targets
  • Weighted random difficulty when no tier is selected
  • Fresh random-seed Overworld for every round
  • Fair countdown, target titles, sounds, and stopwatch boss bar
  • Persistent overall and per-difficulty leaderboards
  • Complete inventory, armor, XP, health, effects, flight, and location restoration
  • Automatic temporary-world unloading and guarded deletion
  • Editable item pools and gameplay settings
  • Public request/join flow plus operator controls
  • No dependencies, analytics, or external network connections

The default target list avoids passive random drops such as chicken eggs. Item Rush explicitly configures the temporary world's daylight, mob spawning, loot, drops, mob griefing, and normal random ticking for consistent races.

  • /itemrush - show current status
  • /itemrush request [easy|medium|hard|extreme] - request a round
