Applies infinitive Night Vision effect everytime you join the server.
Disabled applying effecct upon joining server. Can only be applied via command now.

Applies infinitive Night Vision via /gamma command. Can be toggled on/off.
No permissions needed.

Fixed enable & disable messages being reversed/opposite.

Removed all potion & particle effects. Only visible in inventory now.
