create, add, and remove require kariboushare.manage. join and leave allow a player to manage only their own membership. Group names may contain letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens (up to 32 characters). add and remove let authorized staff manage any player's membership.
Group names are matched without regard to capitalization. Players can join or leave groups themselves with /share join <group> and /share leave <group>; these changes are saved to config.yml immediately. Online players added by an operator are stored by UUID, so their membership survives a name change. Tab completion suggests group names and applicable player names.
Configuration
Groups are defined in plugins/KaribouShare/config.yml:
groups:
team:
members:
- Steve
- Alex
share-health: true
share-inventory: true
share-ender-chest: true
notifications:
damage: true
death: true
behavior:
inventory-source: first-online
duplicate-damage: true
propagate-death: true
members: player names or UUIDs. You can also manage these with/share addand/share remove.share-health: enable synchronized health for the group. After damage or healing, all living online members are brought to the same health as the affected member.share-inventory: enable sharing of the regular player inventory.share-ender-chest: enable sharing of Ender chest contents.notifications.damage/notifications.death: enable the matching group notifications.behavior.duplicate-damage: when enabled, each other online group member receives the same damage as the original victim; health is then synchronized across living online members.behavior.propagate-death: when enabled, a member’s death kills the other online group members.
The first online group member initializes the shared inventory state; when another member joins, their inventory is synchronized from that state. Inventory changes are propagated to online group members. Shared inventory state is held in memory and is not persisted across server restarts.
