Seven original Meeko tracks, turned into music discs that behave exactly like the vanilla ones.
There is no new mechanic to learn and nothing to craft. The discs are added to the loot tables you already know, at the rarity of the vanilla disc sitting in the same slot, so if you know where music discs come from, you know where these are.
