BlockRandomizer

BlockRandomizer adds a new challenge to Minecraft: Every mined block is replaced with a random block.

Features

  • Random block mapping when mining blocks
  • Consistent mappings throughout a game session
  • /reset command to reset all mappings
  • Easy installation
  • Optimized for Paper 1.21.11
  • Developed with Java 21

How It Works

When a player mines a block, a random block type is assigned to that specific block type.

Example:

  • Stone → Diamond Block
  • Dirt → Glass
  • Oak Log → Gold Block

The mapping remains stored until the randomizer is reset. This means the same block type will always result in the same random block during a session.

Using the command:

/reset

will clear all current mappings and generate new ones.
