Mob Curse & Trait Link (Fabric 1.20.4)

Mob Curse & Trait Link binds player attributes and abilities to Minecraft mobs. Each mob grants a signature positive trait alongside a disruptive curse, forcing players to constantly adapt their playstyle during survival runs.

Traits cycle via a customizable roulette timer or transfer instantly upon killing mobs in combat.

Features

RNG Roulette UI: On-screen title roll animation with sound easing, fireworks, and BossBar countdown timer.
Configurable Timer: Auto-randomize curses at custom intervals (/curse timer start <min>).
On-Kill Mode: Toggle whether slaying mobs transfers their curse directly to the player.
17+ Active Abilities: Trigger mob skills (Warden Sonic Boom, Wither Skulls, Dragon Breath, Web Traps) via Shift + Right Click or G.
Spider Mechanics: Vertical wall climbing (W to climb, Shift to hold) and full immunity to cobweb slowdown.
NBT Persistence: Active traits, debuffs, cooldowns, and modified Max HP values are saved to player data and persist across deaths or reloads.

Installation

Install Fabric Loader for Minecraft 1.20.4.
Download and install Fabric API.
Drop curselink-1.0.0.jar into your .minecraft/mods folder.
Launch the game.
