Modelle is a Minecraft Forge mod that lets you display custom 3D models (OBJ format) directly in your world.

Features:

  • Load .obj + texture.png models into the game world
  • Server-side model storage and synchronization
  • Per-model settings: rotation (Yaw/Pitch/Roll), scale, position offset
  • Owner protection with optional edit/copy permissions
  • Automatic model caching and chunk-based network transfer

How to use:

  1. Create a folder in .minecraft/config/modelle/models/ (e.g. mymodel/)
  2. Put model.obj and texture.png inside
  3. Place a Model Block in world and type the folder name in GUI
  4. Adjust position, rotation and scale with +/- buttons

Requirements:

  • Minecraft 1.20.1
  • Forge 47.1.0+
  • Maximum model size: 50 MB

Models are shared between players automatically in multiplayer via hash-based sync.
