Nexora Players

Spawn custom player-shaped entities in your world with real Minecraft skins (or your own uploaded PNGs), give them nametags, dress them in armor, and even briefly possess and pose them.

Features

• Spawn custom players — /nexora spawn <name> <mojangUsername> pulls a real signed skin straight from Mojang and spawns a frozen, player-shaped entity wearing it.
• Offline / local skins — no internet, no Mojang account, no problem. Drop a PNG into config/nexora-players/skins/ and spawn with /nexora spawnlocal <name> <file>, or apply a local skin to an existing entity with /nexora skin.
• Nametags — /nexora nametag <name> <text> sets a custom floating name.
• Armor & held items — /nexora equip <name> <slot> <item> puts any item (including enchanted gear) into head/chest/legs/feet/mainhand/offhand. /nexora pickup <name> grabs the nearest dropped item and auto-sorts it into the correct slot.
• Possession — /nexora possess <name> lets you drive the entity's head and body rotation with your own view; /nexora unpossess to let go. /nexora moveto <name> <x> <y> <z> repositions it directly.
• Save & load — /nexora save <name> and /nexora load <name> persist a spawned entity's position, rotation, skin, and nametag to disk so it survives server restarts.

Commands

Local skin setup

1. Start your world/server.
2. Create (or find) the folder config/nexora-players/skins/ next to your server files.
3. Drop your skin PNG in there, for example myskin.png.
4. Run /nexora spawnlocal Dreamy myskin (the .png extension is optional in the command).

Notes

• These entities do not walk, pathfind, or attack — they're static, posable player models, not mobs.
• Mojang skin lookups require the target account to be a genuine Minecraft account; this has no effect on the launcher or account you're currently using to play.
• Requires Fabric Loader and Fabric API for Minecraft 26.2.
