Orbit Utilities is a configurable toolbox for technical, PvP, and scripted SMP servers that want access to mechanics Paper may normally modify, restrict, or patch.
It brings several server-side utilities together into one lightweight plugin, allowing admins to toggle mechanics individually without installing a separate plugin for every feature.
