Paper Attribute Swap
Restores vanilla equipment attribute update timing on Paper 26.2+ servers.
Paper may update equipment at additional points during certain player actions. This plugin disables those extra calls so equipment attributes and modifiers follow vanilla behavior, including Attribute Swapping interactions.
