PollEngine is a lightweight, high-performance, and standalone in-game polling plugin built for modern Paper and Spigot servers (1.21.x – 26.3) running on Java 25.

Commands & Usage

Player Commands

• /poll (or /poll vote) — Opens the voting GUI for the current active poll.
• /poll results (or /poll status) — Displays live statistics of the ongoing poll or results from the most recent poll.
• /poll help — Displays the list of available commands.

Administrator Commands

• /poll start <Question> | <Option 1> | <Option 2> ... [duration_seconds] — Creates and starts a new poll.
• /poll end (or /poll stop) — Immediately concludes the active poll and announces the winner.
• /poll reload — Reloads the config.yml file without restarting the server.

Permissions

• pollengine.vote — Allows players to vote in active polls (default: all players).
• pollengine.admin — Full access to administrative commands (start, end, reload).
• pollengine.admin.start — Permission to start new polls.
• pollengine.admin.end — Permission to prematurely end polls.
• pollengine.admin.reload — Permission to reload plugin configuration.
