Powershot allows various projectiles to break blocks. Affected projectiles include arrows, tridents, and various third-party mod projectiles (YMMV with mod projectiles).
You can specify which blocks are breakable through a configuration file. I recommend first reading about how the mod works to better understand how to use it.
