Welcome to Memories Across the SEKAI, a Project SEKAI fan mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 that brings together story, rhythm gameplay, card collection, world exploration and cozy building.

Miku is trying to reach you from a fragmented world. Travel between the SEKAI, meet their residents, recover their memories and create a unique bond with the girl who refuses to let their song disappear.

Story

Memories Across the SEKAI features a complete six-chapter campaign.

• Follow Miku's fading signal.
• Make choices that change later dialogue and memories.
• Discover four variants of the final scene.
• Complete a personal quest for each of the 26 characters.
• Fill your Memory Album with letters, scenes and photographs.
• Take part in a special Final Live.
• Unlock a post-story epilogue and the title The Voice That Remembers.

Your first login is more than a simple notification. The world reacts to your arrival, a voice crosses the silence and Miku leaves you two unique keepsakes: her Letter Between Worlds and the First Memory Fragment.

Explore

Travel through seven independent dimensions:

The five group SEKAI physically evolve as the story progresses. Wounded places begin to heal, new details appear and their residents slowly return.

Each group world also has its own non-positional Minecraft ambience, controlled through the normal Music volume slider.

Characters

All 26 main Project SEKAI characters appear as NPCs:

• Virtual Singers.

• Vivid BAD SQUAD.
• Wonderlands×Showtime.
• Nightcord at 25:00.

Every character has:

• Their own appearance and unit.
• English and French dialogue.
• Meeting and bond progression.
• A personal quest.
• A letter in the Memory Album.
• A place in your photograph collection.

Characters can also visit the home you create inside My SEKAI. ♡

Gacha

Build a real collection saved outside Minecraft storage:

• 502 cards across all 26 characters.
• 103 chronological banners.
• 1★, 2★, 3★ and 4★ rarities.
• Cute, Cool, Pure, Happy and Mysterious attributes.
• Trained and untrained card states.
• Card levels, EXP and Talent.
• Skill Levels from 1 to 4.
• Mastery Ranks from 0 to 5.
• Side stories, favorites and card locking.
• Detailed filters and a full-screen gallery.
• Pity, banner bonuses, Gacha Seals and tickets.
• Free pulls and persistent pull history.

Cards can also become usable Minecraft items. Right-click a physical card to activate its balanced skill, complete with a cooldown.

Create up to three teams of five cards. The same card cannot occupy multiple slots inside one team.

The public version contains distributable fallback visuals and supports an optional local illustration pack.

Live

Play a five-lane rhythm game:

• TAP, HOLD and FLICK notes.
• Easy, Normal, Hard, Expert and Master difficulties.
• PERFECT, GREAT, GOOD and MISS judgements.
• Combo, life, Fever and Super Fever.
• Full Combo and All Perfect recognition.
• Team Talent and leader skills affect your score.
• First-clear rewards and character progression.

Every track distributed with the mod uses Minecraft music and sound events.

My SEKAI

My SEKAI is available from the beginning without completing the story.

• Exactly 25 chunks arranged in a 5×5 square.
• Empty Overworld-style terrain ready for building.
• Normal movement and gravity.
• No forced flight.
• No hostile mobs.
• No fall damage.
• Rotating character visits.
• Furniture, instruments and keepsakes to collect.

Build a little home, a music studio, a stage or simply a quiet place where the characters can come and spend time with you.

Phone

Press J to open your SEKAI Phone:

• Messages from characters and Miku.
• Unlockable conversations.
• Quests with Crystal rewards.
• Unread-message tracking.
• Protection against claiming the same reward twice.

Your adventure also includes:

• Player Rank and Player EXP.
• Character Rank for all 26 characters.
• Login rewards.
• Daily and weekly missions.
• Collection achievements.
• Persistent Live records.

Items

Decorate your worlds with a large collection of custom voxel furniture:

• Studio grand piano.

• Tables, seats, shelves, rugs and speakers.
• Instruments and concert decorations.

You can also collect energy drinks, burgers, training materials, fragments, Crystals, light sticks, paintings, music discs and special story keepsakes.

Audio

This public edition is designed around safer distribution:

• No Project SEKAI or movie music recording is included.
• No external .ogg, .mp3, .wav or .flac file is distributed.
• SEKAI ambience, Lives, records and previews use Minecraft audio.
• Automatic save migration from V7, V8, V9 and V9.5.
• English and French localization.

Installation

1. Install Forge 52.1.0 or NeoForge 21.1.172 for Minecraft 1.21.1.
2. Place only the matching mod JAR inside your mods folder.
3. Launch Minecraft and enter a world.
4. Press K to open the Virtual Stage.
5. Press J to check your SEKAI Phone.

Never install the Forge and NeoForge JARs in the same instance.
