RelicMC is survival-MMO with its own progression instead of just a pile of random plugins.
The usual path is simple: pick a couple of jobs, level your skills, make money by selling resources, and spend time in Kitsune's Nest. Sell prices react to supply, so farming whatever everyone else is selling is not always the best move.
Kitsune's Nest is the main PvE grind zone. It has mining, logging, crops, dunes, fishing, mob waves, five-tier resource progression in each category, Gold Shards, perks, rune drops, Nest gear, and raid keys. Gold Shards are physical items used for upgrades such as double drops, faster regeneration, treasure finds, tree feller, fishing bonuses, and backpack capacity. They disappear on death, so storing them matters.
Hourly events rotate between Warzone modes and Nest challenges. Nest events can be mob-kill, mining, logging, farming, or digging races. Winners receive 100 Tokens and 1 GC. GC is server store credit, not cash, but 1 GC equals $1 in Gift Card balance.
There are weekly and monthly leaderboards across 11 categories, including PvP, Nest kills, fishing, crops, selling, playtime, votes, and Gold Shards. The overall top five receive GC rewards, so doing well in several systems matters more than grinding a single stat.
There are currently 42 seasonal sets with 570 actual reward items: armor, weapons, tools, bows, shields, fishing rods, and backpacks. They use custom textures, so collecting them is more than just getting another renamed netherite set.
The rune system has 145 rune entries across eight tiers. Some come from normal tomes, some from Kitsune's Nest, and some are crate-exclusive, so gear progression has room to build over time.
You get ahead by mixing systems: grind the Nest for drops and progression, use jobs and the market for money, enter hourly events for Tokens and GC, and stay active across leaderboard categories. Ranks offer convenience benefits such as more homes, claims, and listings, while the store also sells seasonal keys.
We never encourage anyone to spend money on the server, especially if they cannot afford to. The store is simply there for players who want to support the server and help keep it running long-term.
