Add only two items for teleport.
Ring of Friendship
Sneak + hold right-click to (re)bind the ring to yourself. Hold right-click for about 1.5 seconds to teleport to ring's owner.
If a blow would kill you while the ring is worn or held, it shatters to save you: the damage is canceled, you are returned to your respawn point(or ring's owner) with half health, and the shattered ring remains as a gold ingot.
Magic Mirror
Hold right-click for about 1.5 seconds to teleport to a random online player who is also holding a Magic Mirror.
If no other player is holding a mirror, yours breaks instead of sending you anywhere.
