Set up teleportation points and perform random teleportation.

Added the /setswp command

Usage instructions：

1. Regional management command

   /setswp add :Create a new region

   /setswp regions:List all regions

   /setswp list :List the teleportation points for the specified region or all regions

2. Set up a teleportation point

   /setswp set:Set the default region teleport point (set at the player's current coordinates)

   /setswp set :Set the designated region transfer point (the region will be automatically created if it does not exist.It also set at the player's current coordinates)

3. Redion teleportation

   /setswp tp:Randomly teleport oneself at the teleportation point in the default area

   /setswp tp :Teleport yourself randomly at a teleport point within a specified region

   /setswp tp @a:Randomly teleport all players to a certain teleportation point within the default region

   /setswp tp @a:Randomly teleport all players to a certain teleportation point within the designated region

4. Regional Management

   /setswp remove :Remove the default teleportation point of region

   /setswp remove :Remove the teleportation points in the specified region

   /setswp clear:Remove all teleportation points from all regions

   /setswp clear :Remove the teleportation points in the specified region

5. /setswp help:Display help information

6. Notes for Attention The mod offers random teleportation instead of fixed-point teleportation. Suitable for use on PvP servers (for setting the battle location)
