This is Strength Restrictions a datapack to make you. Yes you have the same kit restritions as the strength smp here are the features:

Features:

• Mace:
  • Cooldown: 3 Minutes (No config to change this yet.)
• Spear(With the Lunge Enchantment):
  • Cooldown: 30 Seconds (No config to change this yet.)
• Enchantments:
  • Protection IV ---> Protection III
  • Sharpness V ---> Sharpness IV
• Effects:
  • Removed strength potions
  • Removed speed II potions
• Equipment:
  • Netherite Armor and Spear are not Smithable/Craftable
• Mob:
  • Removed the totem of undying from the evoker loot tables
