Smooths boat movement across flowing water and uneven water levels.
Settings are in plugins/SmoothBoat/config.yml. You can adjust correction
strength, damping, maximum vertical speed, sample radius, and whether empty
boats are ignored.
Run /smoothboatreload after changing the config.
