This is a lightweight mod that adds easy-to-use teleport commands for Survival Minecraft.
Features
- Teleport to another player while in Survival.
- Teleport to specific X, Y, Z coordinates while in Survival.

Commands
Teleport to a Player
/tp <player>
Example:
/tp player124115
Teleports you to player124115.
Teleport to Coordinates
/tp <x> <y> <z>
Example:
/tp -1273 100 -3200
Teleports you to the coordinates (-1273, 100, -3200).
Compatibility
This mod should work alongside most other mods, although it has not been extensively tested.
