Version 2.0 out on 1.20.1 and 1.19.2!
Note: This mod requires The Aether, Aeroblender, Terrablender, and GeckoLib as of release 2.0
Additional Note: Update 2.0 has made a ton of huge changes, so if you have an old world using version 1.3.4 or below, you will most likely need to create a new one. I really suggest you don't just stay on an older version though, they are very buggy compared to this version and are a much less fun experience. At the moment this only applies to 1.20.1 players, but I will be backporting the update to 1.19.2 as well in the near future, once the bugs have been ironed out of the main release

The Aether: Redux is an expansive addon mod for the well-known Aether mod, adding a wide variety of new content ranging from several new biomes to an overhaul to the mod's first dungeon. There are a variety of other new features as well!
A whole lot of new mob models have also been implemented, which are all configurable as well, so you can choose between Redux's upgraded versions and the originals if you prefer them.
You can also configure Redux's built-in asset overrides resource pack, using the new in-game config system created specifically for this, so you can change the appearance of various parts of the mod to your hearts content!
Speaking of configuration, the mod also has a ton of configuration options, so check those out, as you could very well prefer certain options over others.

The mod adds new, upgraded models for various Aether animals, with more to come in the future!
The Bronze Dungeon structure has also gotten a makeover, giving it a new, rebuilt structure along with upgraded models for its mobs!
The mod also adds a variety of new accessories that you can use to do various things, from reducing knockback to emitting flying embers when you hit a mob!
One of the Aether: Redux's new biomes is the Gilded Groves, a golden forest littered with flowers and Golden Clovers.
The Aether: Redux also adds another new biome, the Frosted Forests, a chilling biome covered in snow, and an abundance of Icestone. It also has a variant seen in this image, the Glacial Taiga, which has more purple trees, which are also a bit more sparse.
One of the more alien biomes in the mod, the Cloudcaps are a mushroom-filled forest, where you'll find the new Shimmercow mob, along with the little snail-like Mykapod.
The Aether: Redux also adds a more dangerous new biome, The Blight, which is filled with Cockatrices and the new Blightbunny.
On the less dangerous side of things, the mod also adds a nice new biome known as the Skyfields. This biome has a lot of color, notably the pretty Iridia flowers and the prismatic Fieldsproot tree.
Another new biome added is the Skyroot Shrublands, a landscape filled with dense bushes (and the occasional tree), along with some flowers and Coarse Aether Dirt.
