TimezoneManager
A simple Minecraft plugin for changing the global Java timezone used by your server.

- Change the global server timezone

Timezone IDs
TimezoneManager uses the timezone data provided by the Java runtime.
Some examples:

Compatibility
Bukkit, Spigot, Paper, and Purpur.
Java 8 or newer is required.
Statistics
TimezoneManager optionally uses bStats for anonymous server statistics.
