Tooltip Scroll
Description
Tooltips are now scrollable. With highly-customisable keybinds and settings, you can move tooltips anywhere on or off the screen.
Movement
Using the mouse-wheel, keybinds, or even WASD, tooltips can be moved across the screen.
Smoothness
Setting a smoothness value lower than 1 will create a gliding visual effect.
Extras
To adjust the settings modmenu and cloth config are required.
Alternatively any setting can be adjusted in the config/tooltipscroll.json file in your Minecraft profile.
With Mod Menu and Cloth API, you can access a settings menu to change how tooltips are moved and reset. You can also edit the config file directly at "config/tooltipscroll.json".
Tooltips can be moved anywhere on or off the screen.
