A lightweight Minecraft plugin that turns welcoming new players into a fun raffle event.

📖 How It Works

1. When a player joins for the first time, the raffle begins.
2. Everyone else sees a configurable action bar message:
3. Players have a set time window (default 10 seconds) to type welcome in chat.
4. After the timer ends, one random player is chosen as the winner.
5. The winner silently receives rewards — no broadcasts, no alerts.
