Welcome Raffles rewards players for welcoming newcomers to your server. When someone joins for the first time, a raffle opens. Everyone who welcomes them gets one entry, and when the timer runs out, winners are drawn and rewarded.
How it works

- Someone joins for the first time. A raffle opens automatically.
- Players welcome them. Say the welcome keyword, click the suggested message, or use
/welcome <player>. - Winners are drawn. After the delay, one or more online entrants win a reward.
Features

- Automatic raffles: a raffle starts whenever a first-time player joins.
- Clickable welcome messages: suggests a welcome message players can send in one click.
- One entry per player: each player can enter once per raffle.
- Multiple winners: configure the draw delay and how many different players win.
- Weighted rewards: give common and rare rewards different chances, or switch one off with a weight of 0.
- Items, commands and bundles: award custom items, run console commands, or deliver several rewards together.
- In-game reward editor:
/raffle rewardsedits item rewards in-game, keeping item metadata, command rewards, bundles and weights. - Leaderboards and history: track wins and show recent winners, saved to YAML.
- Customization: messages, colors, welcome keywords, sounds, GUI labels and private winner announcements.
- Permissions: separate permissions for administration, participation, the leaderboard and history.
- Reload support: apply config changes with
/raffle reload.

Good to know
- Requires Paper 1.21.11 – 26.3.
- One raffle runs at a time.
- Winners have to be online when the raffle is drawn.
- If a winner's inventory is full, reward items drop at their feet.
- On first startup, Paper downloads and caches the Kotlin runtime from Maven Central. This only happens once.
