Overview

Lightweight Staff Mode plugin with vanish, freeze, inventory viewer, staff chat and more. Saves and restores full player state. Works on Spigot, Paper, Purpur and Folia with no dependencies.

Staff Mode

Hotbar replacement with configurable tools
Full state save/restore (inventory, gamemode, XP, health, flight)
Items locked in place, invulnerability optional

Vanish

Toggle with command or hotbar dye
Live actionbar indicator
Hidden from non-staff players

Tools

Inventory Viewer — edit any player's inventory
Fly — toggle flight
Knockback — full knockback with hurt animation, zero damage
Random TP — teleport to random player

Freeze

Locks player in place with title warning
Blocks movement and commands
Alerts on disconnect

Staff Chat

Private channel with LuckPerms prefix support
Toggle or one-off messages

Protection

No block break/place (staffbuild overrides)
No item pickup/drop
[STAFF] and [VANISH] tags in chat and tab

Installation

Drop zStaffMode1.0.jar into plugins/
Start the server
Edit config.yml and messages_XX.yml
Run /zstaffmode reload
